Overview
The eWallet platform is a fintech initiative offering digital wallet services to local vendors, customers, and micro-merchants. It enables real-time transactions, peer-to-peer transfers, and multi-currency support, operating under strict financial compliance standards.
What We Did
We integrated Odoo’s Accounting, Invoicing, and Website modules with third-party payment gateways, then customized the system to support user wallet balances, transaction statements, automated payouts, and audit reporting.
Deliverables
Context – “Bridging Fintech and ERP”
The platform had built strong market traction but lacked a backend capable of handling financial reporting, transaction transparency, and scalable invoicing. Our job was to bring structure and clarity to their operations.
Challenges – “Reconciling at Scale”
Daily transactions across thousands of wallets made reconciliation a pain point. We built scripts to auto-match incoming and outgoing transactions, link fees, and maintain a fully auditable ledger system.
Goal – “Grow Network Without Growing Admin”
eWallet aimed to grow from 300 to 1,000 vendors while keeping finance and support teams lean—achieved through automation and intelligent financial workflows.
